WINTER RETREAT 2010 “AS IT IS IN HEAVEN”

We are pleased to announce that for Winter 2010 the theme for the SSKCC High School and Junior High Retreat will be: AS IT IS IN HEAVEN!

The scripture that will guide the programming comes to us from Matthew 6:6-7

“This is how you are to pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven.

We are inviting all young people to live life on earth as it is in heaven. To fulfill God’s desire for us to be true stewards of His creation here on earth, to be the princes, and the princesses, holding ourselves up to that standard and nothing else.

Through the retreat, the youth will realize their true value as God sees and intends for them, not what society tells them they are worth. So… the question is, how much are you worth? How much do you think you are worth? Lets find out and rediscover our worth together at this year’s winter retreat!

What:

SSKCC Winter Retreat combines awesome talks, praise and worship, prayer, fellowship, entertainment, and anointed liturgies.

Basically, it’s a weekend for high school teens to get rocked by God, to get serious about life in Christ and His Church, and to learn the truth of the Gospel.

February 5-7, 2010 (Friday – Sunday)

Registration Cost:

Early Registration: $130.00 by January 17th, 2010

Late Registration: $140.00 after January 17th, 2010
