ABOUT US

The mission statement for Sung Sam Korean Catholic Center is plain and simple: To promote the goodness of God. A simplified goal to say the least, but it encompasses every hardship and toil that we as citizens of this earth face. We wish to nurture our youth to maturity through teaching the truths of the Catholic church, relevant activities, and fun! We will work to maintain a sense of justice, ethics, peace and love. We will sacrifice when needed, and always live like followers of Christ — Not just on Sundays. We will destroy hate with Love, and be angels of peace. We will continually pray for guidance and wisdom. We will be humble and lay down all of our burdens at the foot of the cross. All this will be done with the power of the Trinity; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, for God will comfort us in times of need. We also aim to maintain a steadfast and love filled devotion to the Virgin Mary, our Mother. In the end…Sung Sam Korean Catholic Youth will leave a devastating mark for God. Excited? So are we!
